Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of shiftphotos.com and the ShiftPhotos services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. Subscription & payments
- 14-day free trial. No payment required at signup.
- Billed monthly or annually via Stripe or Razorpay; inclusive of GST.
- Auto-renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Price changes notified 30 days in advance.
4. Acceptable use
You will not upload illegal, infringing, or CSAM content. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full rules.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to photos/videos you upload. You grant ShiftPhotos a limited, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the services to you. Licence ends when you delete content or close your account.
6. Google Photos integration
We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy. We only request photoslibrary.readonlyscope. We never delete from your Google account. We never train AI on your photos.
7. Cancellation & termination
Cancel anytime via your account. We may terminate for violations, non-payment, or fraud. On termination you have 30 days to export data. See Cancellation Policy.
8. Warranties & liability
Services provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Indian consumer law, our total aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [CITY — to be determined]. Grievances first raised via grievance@shiftphotos.com.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms with 15 days' prior email notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
