Refund Policy

Free trial

All plans begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. If you don't subscribe, no charge is made.

Monthly subscriptions

Full refund within 7 days of your first monthly payment. After 7 days, monthly fees are non-refundable — you can cancel to prevent future charges.

Annual subscriptions

Full refund within 30 days of annual payment, no questions asked. After 30 days: pro-rated refund for unused months (minus ₹199 admin fee), available within the first 6 months.

Service outage credits

If services are unavailable for over 24 continuous hours due to our fault, we credit 5% of your monthly fee for each additional 24-hour outage (up to 50%).

How to request

Email support@shiftphotos.com with your payment reference. We respond within 3 business days; approved refunds process in 7–10 business days.

Non-refundable

• Fees for services already rendered.
• Accounts terminated for violation of Terms.
• One-time purchases after use.

Disputes

Unsatisfied? Contact our Grievance Officer — we resolve within 15 days.
