No cancellation fees. Cancel via account settings or email.
How to cancel
- In-app: Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription
- Email: support@shiftphotos.com
What happens next
- Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- No further charges.
- 30-day grace period to download/export your photos.
- After 30 days: photos and account permanently deleted (except legal retention).
Paused subscription option
Not ready to cancel? Pause for up to 60 days — data preserved, billing suspended. Email support.
Auto-debit mandates (UPI AutoPay)
Cancelling revokes the mandate. You'll receive confirmation from Stripe/Razorpay within 2 business days.
